Everyday racism includes systemic racism. Systemic racism is one of the most difficult forms of discrimination to catch in process. It is difficult to capture and therefore difficult to prove without physical evidence.
Systemic racism has been proved to exist in the NHS, Fire Service and Police., and these government services are supported by our compulsory tax contributions.
As systemic racism exists in the above services, you can be sure that it's present in schools, social services and other locations where it will negatively impact upon Black children.
I will be writing about my experiences with systemic racism in the not too distant future. Fortunately, they were captured in progress.
